Ingredients

  • 14 oz artichoke hearts
  • 1 handful Baby Spinach
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Cream Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • Pinch Salt

Cooking Instructions


Step 1

  • Place olive oil, artichoke hearts, garlic, red chili flakes and salt in a small pot and simmer covered for 1 hour.
